The Center for Professional Excellence in the College of Business offers high-achieving undergraduate students the opportunity to apply for the Leadership Challenge program. This two-semester program is designed for those who wish to embark upon a personal, introspective learning journey to improve their leadership capabilities and to explore possibilities for enhancing learning capacities and strategic thinking.

Each year, 16 of UTSA's students are selected and given the challenge of discovering and developing their own leadership potential. Through exposure to community and corporate leaders, special projects, dialogues and speakers, students will enhance their understanding of leadership and hone their personal leadership skills.
